SCTC Sunday, March 14 Transferred to Cushion Track
Following an inspection of the course proper at Corbould Park this morning the decision has been taken to transfer the meeting on Sunday, March 14, 2010 to the Cushion Track.
Corbould Park has been inundated with 50mm of rain since acceptances were taken on Thursday morning and there are safety concerns regarding the surface adjacent to the crossing.
Although Corbould Park received 232mm of rain last week, the surface was drying out well on Thursday morning when the decision was taken to proceed with the meeting on the course proper. Unfortunately, the additional two inches since Thursday morning has made the area of track adjacent to the crossing unusable for Sunday.
Some distances have changed and emergencies have been added due to the reduction in field sizes. Revised acceptances here.
