Two-Year-Old Maiden Plate added to Rockhampton for Thursday, March 25
Following the abandonment of today’s Mackay Turf Club meeting the decision has been taken to add the following race to the Rockhampton Jockey Club meeting on Thursday, March 25, 2010.
QTIS 600 2YO Maiden Plate 1050m
This race will carry prizemoney of $10,000, with eligible horses also competing for $10,000 QTIS and $10,000 QTIS 600 bonuses.
This decision follows receipt of 23 acceptances for the 2YO Maiden at today’s abandoned Mackay meeting and will ensure those two-year-old’s looking to open their career have access to suitable races.
