Please note that effective 1 August 2005 a new administration charge will be automatically deducted from any prizemoney payments that are made to Owners/Trainers or Jockeys in the form of a cheque, due to non-lodgement of bank details.

The new charge will be identified as "Cheque Production Fee" on your Recipient Created Tax Invoice and will be $11.00 (inc GST) per cheque payment.

In order to avoid this charge, you should immediately advise Queensland Racing of the relevent Bank Details so that all future payments can be made directly into your bank account.

Prize money payments are made by direct deposit every Thursday evening the week prior.
Monies electronically transferred on a Thursday evening can be accessed from your bank account on Friday morning.

All changes should be made to your horse before making any subsequent nominations. This allows sufficient time for the information to be updated on Queensland Racing and interstate databases.

If you manage more than one horse please list each and every horse as the Registrar of Racehorses records the details of each horse seperately. Changing the details for one horse does not change the details for all of your horses.
